Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All returns must be shipped to:

Mayhem’s Bookstore, 102 W. King Street Lancaster, PA 17603

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Special orders or personalized items

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, please reach out.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please complete a return first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at Contact@MayhemsCafe.com.
