Pre‑Orders

We offer pre‑orders for select items, such as upcoming book releases or trading card products. You may cancel a pre‑order any time before the item has been fulfilled. Once a pre‑order has shipped or been picked up, it is treated as a standard purchase and is subject to our Return Policy.

Subscriptions (In‑Store Only)

We offer subscription services for in‑store use or pickup only. These subscriptions renew automatically based on the schedule you selected at signup. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not refund charges that have already been processed.

Standard Purchases

All other items are sold as regular, one‑time purchases and follow our Return Policy.
